Frischer und fruchtbetonter Chardonnay aus dem kühlen Monterey. Die Trauben dafür werden von Master Sommelier Chris Miller in den Santa Lucia Ranges geerntet, wo kühle Luft für einen perfekten Kühleffekt sorgt. Die Trauben werden nachts von Hand geerntet, damit sie kühl im Weingut ankommen. Nach der Sortierung wird der Wein in Stahltanks vergoren und anschließend 11 Monate in Eichenfässern, davon 10 % neu, ausgebaut.

Der Wein präsentiert sich mit feinen Noten von frischer Mango und Mandarine, die nur durch den Rauch aus dem Fass unterstrichen werden. Ein frischer Wein mit schönem Mundgefühl.
