HOW MANY ROLLS DO YOU NEED?

ARTE wallcoverings are often supplied on extra-wide rolls and vary in size per collection. This requires an accurate calculation of the needed quantity. Since patterns and textures vary, it is important to account for any cutting waste and the type of substrate.

Note: ARTE wallcoverings are often cut to size and cannot be returned. To avoid disappointment, we always recommend ordering a sample first. This way, you can experience the color, texture, and appearance in your space before making a final decision.

Use the handy LAB wallpaper calculator to quickly and easily calculate how much you need for your project. Unsure? Contact us for personal advice or a custom calculation.

WORK METHOD

1. Ensure a smooth, dry, and even substrate. Fill any holes or unevenness.
2. Use a professional vinyl wall adhesive, such as Arte Clearpro.
3. Apply the adhesive directly to the wall. Position the strips tightly against each other without overlapping.
4. Use a soft roller to prevent air bubbles and wrinkles.
Neatly trim excess material with a sharp knife for a clean finish.

Combine with our application kits for the right tools and adhesive.

SUITABLE SUBSTRATES

✔ Cement-bound walls (e.g., concrete, plaster)
✔ Plasterboard
✔ Smooth existing paint layers
✔ MDF or plywood (if properly pretreated)

Note: substrates must be dry, dust-free, and even for optimal results.
